Spring has sprung! Its time to give our property a little TLC. We are excited to invite you to join us for our upcoming spring clean up event. We are looking for volunteers to help us with various tasks, including raking, debris removal, and generally making our property look spiffy to prepare for next months gardening and planting event!
The cleanup event is scheduled for Friday April 21st 2023
The gardening and planting event will be in May (stay tuned for the exact date as we watch the weather)
To ensure everyone stays comfortable while working please bring gloves, comfortable shoes, hat, sunblock, water and any tools you feel would be helpful in general property maintenance such as rake, hoe, trimmers, weed whips, yard bags and anything else you would typically use for outdoor cleanup.
As a volunteer you’ll not only have the opportunity to help beautify the property, but you’ll also get to meet and work alongside other like-minded individuals who share your passion and commitment to improving the property that cares for so many animals in our community. Plus, you’ll get to enjoy some fresh air and exercise while making a positive impact.
